Who we are
Our website address is: https://tornyos.eu.
Comments
When submitting a comment, in addition to the data provided in the comment form, the commenter’s IP address and browser user agent string are also collected in order to filter out unwanted content.
An anonymized string generated from the email address (often called a hash) may be submitted to the Gravatar service if it is being used on this site. The Gravatar service’s terms can be found at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After accepting the comment, the content of the comment and our profile picture will be publicly visible.
Media
If a registered user uploads images to the website, they should avoid including EXIF data with GPS position coordinates. Visitors to the website can download and extract location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If we write a comment on the website, the name, email, and website address provided are stored in cookies. This is a convenience feature so that you do not have to fill in these fields again when writing another comment. The expiration date of these cookies is one year.
If we visit the login page, we set temporary cookies to determine whether the browser accepts cookies. These cookies do not contain personal information and are deleted when the browser is closed.
When logging in to the website, we create several cookies to save login information and display options for the editor interface. Login cookies are valid for two days, while the editor interface cookies are valid for one year. If the “Remember Me” option is checked, login continues for two weeks. When logging out, the login cookies are removed.
When editing or publishing a post or page, another cookie is saved in our browser. This cookie does not contain personal data, it simply stores the ID of the post we have edited. It expires after one day.
Embedded content from other websites
Posts on the site may include embedded content from external sources (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from external sources behaves the same as if we had visited another website.
These websites may collect data about visitors, use cookies, integrate additional third-party tracking, and monitor user interaction with embedded content if we have a user account and are logged in on the site.
Who we share user data with
If a password reset is requested, the IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain personal data
If we leave a comment, the comment and its metadata remain in the system for an indefinite period. This is so that any subsequent comments can be recognized and approved by us automatically rather than held in a moderation queue.
For users who register on our website (if any), their personal information is also stored in their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their own username). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have a registered account on the website or have posted comments, you can request an export file of the personal data we hold, including any information you have provided. You can also request that we delete any previously provided personal data. This does not include data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security reasons.
Where your data is sent
Comments submitted by visitors may be checked by an automated spam detection service.
